Carolina had made plans to head back south to Blenheim so as a kind of farewell event we decided to accompany her to Waiheke for a relaxing weekend.

We underestimated the impact of the tourist season a bit so when we arrived there was only one place left on the entire island that could host four people. However, in the end this place turned out to be a beautiful summerhouse in an olive plantation.
